Showed up on time. $0 service call & diagnosis. Unfortunately our appliance needs part’s that almost total the cost of a new appliance. Emin was honest and showed me the breakdown of the part cost list as well as labor. We will consider hiring again to install our new appliance due to his honesty, professionalism and punctuality!

One technician came out and handled everything on his own — he was on time, polite, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He replaced my appliances quickly, made sure everything was working perfectly, and even cleaned up before he left. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes so much pride in their work and treats your home with care and respect. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and I truly appreciate that level of dedication and customer service. Emin was on-time, professional and technically proficient in the job. My garbage disposal was installed and running in minimal time. Although I had purchased the wrong unit, Emil took time out to go purchase the correct unit. While here it was discovered my dishwasher was not installed correctly and he immediately rectified the situation…nice job!
