I had repair done on my GE Dryer about 4 months ago by another supposedly reputable company in Charlotte NC. The Tech came out, and he said that he would fix it, but the dryer belt he installed was not good for GE appliances and it messed up my dryer. I paid for the service and belt. Of course, i called the company back and complained, but they said there was nothing they could do. I decided to call Thumbtack and was able to talk with Emim, the owner with All State Service Appliance. He was professional and came out seen the problem and had to replace a part. I waited for about a day or two and he came back and replaced the part and fixed the problem. I also have other repairs in my home like my kitchen that I will hire him to fix like my dishwasher door not shutting. He did an Awesome job 👏 🙌 Thank you

Showed up on time. $0 service call & diagnosis. Unfortunately our appliance needs part’s that almost total the cost of a new appliance. Emin was honest and showed me the breakdown of the part cost list as well as labor. We will consider hiring again to install our new appliance due to his honesty, professionalism and punctuality!
