I've reached out to A tech repair for a second diagnosis on my chest Freezer. The technician was very knowledgeable on this type of appliances. He gave me options as supposed to other company technician who provided me the first diagnosis in which they provided none options and charge me the diagnosis fee. The A tech repair technician also allowed me time to mull it over for a couple of days. I've called back and let him know what option I wanted to take and he provided me the same price that included the diagnosis fee which is very rare that companies does that. Value: He came back and my freezer is cooling very well now. I'm able to buy my meats in preparation of my family 4th of July cook out. This why I'm grateful to the technician.!!!
