- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and streamlined to make your project stress-free: Initial Contact – We discuss your project, goals, and timeline. Site Visit – We come out to take measurements, review the layout, and go over design options. Estimate – You receive a detailed, transparent quote with scope, materials, and pricing. Scheduling – Once approved, a deposit secures your spot on our schedule. Build Phase – We handle everything from materials to construction, keeping you updated throughout. Final Walkthrough – We review the finished project with you to ensure everything meets expectations. Our focus is clear communication, quality work, and delivering exactly what was promised—no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate’s degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, along with over 10 years of corporate management experience. This background allows me to run projects with a high level of organization, financial control, and professionalism, similar to what you would expect from a larger construction firm. Beyond my education, I bring extensive hands-on experience in building decks, fences, and outdoor living spaces, with a strong understanding of structural integrity, materials, and local building codes in North and South Carolina.
