- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my work on the amount of time and materials needed for to complete the work. Taking into consideration the difficulty of the work and the time frame to complete the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to the customer and get a feel for the project, then visit the customers home and look at the conditions before providing a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always looking for better ways to do things, attending seminars, reading online and watching pros in UTube teaching the tricks they have learned. Learning is an ongoing process and it only stops when you think you know it all.
