We had a mysterious stoppage in our plumbing that required persistent trial and error effort. James Fender stuck with us until he solved the problem, even returned twice. I will not hesitate to call him in the future.

James took on a job at my house that turned out to be much more difficult and time consuming than he imagined. Even though we had already paid him, when we called to tell him about continuing problems, he committed to follow through, and was persistent until it was solved. I know he lost money on this job, but he treated us like his most important customers until the job was complete. Big thumbs up!
