- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Delivery, set up and pick up would be a % of the overall floral bill. Percentage could run from 10 to 20% depending what we have to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lord yes, any on hands class, webinar or magazine I can get my hands on. Facebook is a great place to learn as well, I am in several groups with World know designers who are happy to share their knowledge.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Somethings are just meant to be. You have to have some creative talent and be able to visualized things to be a designer.
