We offer transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Diagnostic is applied toward the repair. We provide discounts for seniors, veterans, and returning customers. Every repair includes a full warranty on parts and labor, and we always confirm the total cost before starting any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a detailed diagnostic to identify the root cause of the issue. After that, we explain the problem, provide an upfront quote, and answer all questions. Once approved, we complete the repair the same day when possible. After the job, we run full system tests and provide warranty coverage
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years of hands-on experience in appliance repair, professional technical training, and advanced diagnostics. Certified in refrigeration systems, sealed system repair, compressor replacement, and electronics. We service all major brands, including LG, Samsung, GE, Whirlpool, Bosch, and high-end appliances.
