Hi, my name is David Mantsevich. I do Holiday lights and well as specialize in all types of handyman work; which includes roofing, gutters, cabinetry, light electrical, exterior upgrades, and general repairs. I have my own tools, workers comp, and general liability insurance. I have great pride in my work and attention to detail. I take good care of my clients and treat every home as if it was my own! I do all the work myself so there is no miscommunication with subcontractors and the work is to my standard. I wanted to have Christmas lights installed on the roof line of my house but had no idea of what materials or lights I would need to achieve the look I wanted. I came across David's profile and from the moment we spoke I knew he was the right man for the job. He took the time to discuss all the details with me and provided me a bunch of options and even sent me Amazon links to make sure I would get the correct materials for the job. I ended up going with lights that David already had on hand and he gave me a complete package deal that saved me a lot of money. When he installed them he took his time to make sure they were perfect and exactly where I wanted them and even took leaves out of my gutters so the finished look was all neat and tidy. Needless to say, I would highly recommend him and his services!! David, so sorry it took me so long to write this review. I absolutely love the lights and so thankful for your patience, guidance, and great quality of work! Thank you again!

I cannot recommend "David Mantsevich" enough! I have a particularly tall house that makes holiday lighting a challenge, but he handled it with ease. What impressed me most was his work ethic; he worked through the day and well into the evening, even when it started raining.
