Philipi and his crew are fantastic!! I am an out of state investor and need RELIABLE contractors that are honest and smart and trustworthy as I am not in-person to keep eyes on things. Philipi is my go-to person for anything flooring related. Not only is he communicative and punctual (not always the case with many contractors) he gives great advice and insight.
