I required cleaning for my living room rug, stairs, and upstairs hallway. The owner personally reached out to me, inquiring about my desired timeframe for the service. It is worth noting that this interaction took place during the busy 4th of July weekend. The owner suggested scheduling the service for the morning of the 4th and confirmed the appointment in advance. Punctually, he arrived at the agreed-upon time and thoroughly assessed the condition of the carpet, explaining the necessary steps to achieve optimal results. Upon completion, I immediately noticed the refreshing scent that permeated our home. Clean Conscience, LLC delivered an outstanding job, completing the cleaning service efficiently. From their effective communication to the impeccable quality of their work, I was thoroughly impressed. All prices are always negotiable; however, typically we price at $20-40 per room depending on the condition of the home. Our top 3 keys to negotiating prices are professionalism, transparency, and communication, ensuring everybody's happy!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether a new customer or an existing customer, our rule of thumb is to always go above and beyond separating us from the competition. Primarily executing a satisfying completed project for each customer leaving them with peace of mind and a clean conscience for using our services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was educated in consistent volunteer cleaning in the community at an early age. Then pursuing a career opportunity, I have been trained through the years of skillfully cleaning by working with other residential and commercial cleaners in different states.
