- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent, with no hidden fees. Each quote is based on the size of the home, the number of rooms and bathrooms, and the type of service requested. Payment is required before service to confirm your booking. We also offer discounts for recurring customers: Every week: 10% off Every 2 weeks: 7% off Once a month: 5% off
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering details about your space, cleaning needs, and any special requests. To give you the most accurate quote, I can also offer a quick FaceTime consultation so you can show me the areas you want cleaned. This helps ensure there are no surprises, as the standard price is only an estimate until I see the home. On cleaning day, we arrive on time with all supplies, complete the job thoroughly, and do a final walkthrough to make sure you’re happy and we are before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Home Economics at Elim Agricultural School, completing a three-year program in home management, clothing and textiles, food and nutrition, and professional home care techniques including proper top-to-bottom cleaning methods. I later worked as the home manager for a large guest house in Falmouth, Jamaica for two years and gained additional experience cleaning hotels before starting my own business. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in both the technical and practical sides of professional cleaning.
