- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are price try and please the customer because lawn care and landscaping services can get pricey so we charge just base price and if you like other services we talk separately from the mowing or other service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask want parts of the property need service then we ask what is need to be done in those areas of the property and if the customer need additional services then we can quote them for that as well. So if everything is to a understanding then we start are services of the property
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was looking for a physical outside just and I was really good at landscaping so I was like I love this kinda work so I choose this as a career
