He walked me through the estimate, worked with me on pricing, and always kept me updated on scheduling. Every question I had—big or small—was answered quickly and thoroughly. The team handled multiple areas of repair for us, including the downpipe, garage, playroom, and several roof tiles. The work was done cleanly and efficiently, and they sent photos throughout the process just as I requested, which gave me a lot of confidence in the repairs. The final results look great, the communication was top‑notch, and they made sure we were fully satisfied before wrapping up. Charlotte Premier Roofing has earned my respect, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done.

Matthew was great to work with! They came out, met our insurance adjuster, and helped us get a claim filed which was approved. He communicated well through the entire process and our new roof looks amazing! They did a great job cleaning up and I had zero issues with nails or other items. I’d highly recommend based on my experience!!
