Matthew was prompt and great with communication throughout. The whole process was completed within a couple hours of me initially reaching out. Slav did the repairs and did a great job. Both were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend based on this experience!

Matthew was great to work with! They came out, met our insurance adjuster, and helped us get a claim filed which was approved. He communicated well through the entire process and our new roof looks amazing! They did a great job cleaning up and I had zero issues with nails or other items. I’d highly recommend based on my experience!!

I had an excellent experience working with Charlotte Premier Roofing. From the very beginning, Matthew was incredibly responsive, clear, and professional. He walked me through the estimate, worked with me on pricing, and always kept me updated on scheduling. Every question I had—big or small—was answered quickly and thoroughly.

The team handled multiple areas of repair for us, including the downpipe, garage, playroom, and several roof tiles. The work was done cleanly and efficiently, and they sent photos throughout the process just as I requested, which gave me a lot of confidence in the repairs.

The final results look great, the communication was top‑notch, and they made sure we were fully satisfied before wrapping up. Charlotte Premier Roofing has earned my respect, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done.

They were retained to clean my gutters of debris. They did a thorough job including cleanup for a fair price. They wereQuick and efficient.Matthew has mastered the importance of communicating with the customer and does a good job doing so. They arrived on the job site on time and cleaned up before leaving the site. Before leaving they asked me if I had any questions. They stated that I should call if I had a question and they are interested in doing an excellent job satisfying the customer. They took photos of the condition of the gutters and the quantity of debris removed. I would retain them again. Job well done Matthew
