I reached out the gentlemen from Valhalla for a roof inspection after a storm ripped through my neighborhood. They had recently completed a build for a friend and came highly recommended. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. They informed me that my roof was missed by the storm and was not currently in need of replacement. I appreciated their honesty and work ethic, and I would certainly recommend them. If/when I have roofing needs in the future, they will be my first call!

I referred a friend to Valhalla Roofing to do an inspection for wind and hail damage and they were incredibly responsive right off the bat. They showed up the next day and were very professional, kind and knowledgeable in their explanation of insurance claims and roof damage. They completed a very thorough, free, no obligation inspection of his roof and although they found no damage, I would definitely refer friends and use them for myself in a future home.

"My roof was damaged during the tornado that hit Matthews last year. Valhalla Roofing was in my neighborhood doing a roofreplacement and took the time to inform me about my homeowner's policy. They educated me about the possibility of my a total roofreplacement provided by my insurance with no cost out of my pocket other than my deductible! Since it was storm related their were no negative consequences to filing my claim. They handled everything from the free inspection, communication with my insurance company in filing my claim, working with the insurance adjuster and getting me the most value out of the money my insurance company approved. They put brand new upgraded shingles on my roof, and extra bells and whistles. Wonderful gentlemen and so happy I made the choice to go with a small local business! They respond so quickly to any questions and I've referred anyone I can to them!

Our project managers/salespeople generally have 4+ years experience. Our install technicians have 15+ years of experience. A project manager will always be your first contact and on site to work with installation and repair technicians.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Valhalla Roofing is founded by Veteran’s and service members who have always put the mission first. Our project managers are composed of former law enforcement members and former military, it seemed only natural to provide the same level of detail, service and a sense of duty that we provided our country and citizens.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Valhalla Roofing was fortunate enough to have a great customer in Waxhaw NC who we were able to work with her insurance and turn a partial replacement into a full replacement. Thrilled to help her get the most of our her home owner’s policy.
