Excellent service and great response time. Great care taken while on the property. Removed the dead tree , roots , stump and everything was obliterated. He cut up tree in small sections for firewood. Will definitely used Afortable Services again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Military and Senior Citizen Discounts. I also try to work with everyone's budget, especially on Natural Acts of God. When trees fall I fully understand its an expense most don't often anticipate. The costs associated with this can really set some back, we try to work with everyone we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a quote has been approved, we schedule the scope as soon as we can with the customer. If anything changes such as weather, we communicate via a phone call or text.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our climbers are Certified Arborist who attend training quarterly. We also use brand ambassador for Husqvarna, he is top notch!
