Fantastic! We had a small, casual wedding for about 45 guests and Carmen and her team did an excellent job. We were a bit untraditional having a cocktail hour prior to the ceremony and then a buffet dinner reception, however with this itinerary, my husband and I were able to enjoy the tasty appetizers with our guests and everyone could relax before the vows. The buffalo chicken pastry puffs were amazing! Carmen had a great team who she managed very well to ensure everything was ready exactly when it should be. The ladies on her team were so friendly and outgoing who kept things moving and food flowing constantly. If you are looking for good food, great service, value, and a relaxed (not uptight) team that will have fun with your guests then Carmen is your person.
I highly recommend Chef Tyler! We were hosting a work dinner and I decided at the last minute that I wanted more than just a caterer- I wanted to make it a special experience for everyone!! Special it was- it was a fabulous experience!! We called Chef Tyler on Saturday afternoon for a Monday evening event and he came through like a champ. Delicious appetizer tidbits including: grilled figs wrapped in prosciutto, several bruschettae (That’s plural for Bruschetta), charred okra, and grilled shrimp – all with local seasonal ingredients. These were both passed and serve on the buffet table. Then an amazing dinner buffet with Barbecued Chicken, cooked Sous Vide then seared on the grill; mango corn salsa (Yum!), summer veggie pasta salad, heirloom tomatoes and other scrumptious sides. Followed by fresh peach shortcake that was to die for. We raved, the guests raved, and you would have too if you’d been here. Now, we are looking for a new excuse to have him and his team back again. I highly recommend him!
My wife and I decided to host a cocktail / dinner party for 8 very influential people April 16,2016. We decided to enlist Chef Segreto to help us, We had previously attended a dinner party hosted by a friend that used Chef Segreto. We were very impressed with the quality of food served and the professionalism in which Chef Segreto personnel handled the dinner party. On March 1, 22016 I email Julian Grajales and asked him if Chef Segreto would be interested in providing services for an hour of light snacks, wine and mixed drinks starting at 6:00 PM and followed with a sit down dinner starting at 7:00 PM and ending at 9:00 PM. On March 3, 2016 Julian Grajales emailed a list of 5 proposed appetizers, with prices and a list of 9 Plated dinners, with prices, a list of 5 soups, a list of 3 salads, and a list of 6 desserts from which to choose from. By the way, the soup, salad, and dessert were included in the plated dinner price. On March 8, 2016 Julian meet with us at our residence to view where the event would take place and to see what kitchen facilities would be available. In addition he brought a list of 11 hot Hors D'Oeuvres, 4 Americano, 4 Feancese, 4 Mediterranean, 4 Italiano, 4 Floribbean, and 4 Asiatico Hors D'Oeuvres for us to choose. At 4:00 PM on April 16, 2016 Julian and his wife rang our door bell. They came and went over the schedule of events we wanted to occur throughout the three hour event. My wife and I literally sat down and watched television until the first guest arrived at 6:00 PM.Julian's wife greeted people, tended bar, and did not let anyone's drink glass go dry. At 7:00PM we sat down to a truly magnificent dinner. Julian prepared the food while his wife waited on the table. The dinner started with mixed greens, Bermuda onions, plum tomatoes,roasted walnuts and dried cranberries with assiago cheese and raspberry vinaigrette dressing. The salad was followed with blood orange sherbet. After the sherbet a 12 oz. grilled NY strip with roasted zucchini risotto and grilled asparagus with port wine-peppercorn sauce was served. Dessert consisted of roasted peach cobbler with Madagascar vanilla pudding. Coffee was then served followed by Baileys Irish cream. This dinner was by far the most grandiose dinner my wife and I have ever hosted. All thanks and praise goes to Chef Segreto's people Julian Grajales and his wife. They are truly professionals. The party attendees are still talking about that evening and we still get compliments for having the party.
My Italian rehearsal dinner was amazing thanks to Latonya! The food was delicious, and the selections for the price was phenomenal! Very easy to get in contact with at any time. Definitely would recommend in the future!
Chef Dave prepared Christmas Dinner for my family of six. He prepared 2 meats, 3 sides, an additional entree served with white rice, an appetizer and a dessert. Everything was delicious! The meats were well seasoned, juicy and tender. The sides were flavorful. The dessert was a perfect to wonderful meal. There was so much food that I was able to send my brother home with leftovers, freeze enough food for dinner on New Years Day and have leftovers to eat after Christmas. Chef Dave was prompt, friendly and professional. My family and I will be hiring him again in the future.
Yolanda was the truly professional caterer we had hoped to find when we began our search. We had some unusual requests and Yolando didn't blink. She said, "sure, no problem." When she arrived, she set up a lovely buffet! The food was wonderful and beautifully presented. I hope I get the opportunity to recommend Yolanda to others.
We had a phenomenal experience working with Top Hat and Liane. Liane and her staff showed up early to prepare giving us a lot of comfort. The food was phenomenal, as everyone loved the meal. We were able to customize the menu to our liking. The service with the bartender/server and chef were incredible. All in all, the event experience with Top Hat exceeded our expectations and we will most certainly use Liane and team again in the future. She took all the stress out of planning our first party.
I had The Cook Nook cater a private dinner for two. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Catherine prepared a steak dinner and honestly it was the best steak I’ve ever eaten and I’m a regular at Morton’s and Capital Grill. The appetizers, sides, and main dish were all delicious. It was a beautiful meal and a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Catherine for a fantastic experience that your guests will thoroughly enjoy! Tamra R.
Oh my....the FOOD! Epps Bistro has provided my family with several weeks of food and Executive Chef, Terique Epps, cooked for a dinner party I hosted. Everyone raved about the food! He was extremely personable, professional and not only is he an excellent chef but he also cleaned up my kitchen (better than I would've) once he was done. I would recommend Epps Bistro to anyone!
I used Divine Cultural Cuisine for a private dinner party for 4. The Chef showed up on time with all the equipment. He was very careful and precise in cleaning his work area before and AFTER dinner. The party started at 7 pm and he showed up around 615pm to start prep work. Our menu was amazing and I am still full while typing this review. It consisted of Savannah calamari and crab stuffed shrimp as an appetizer. The portions were huge. We literally had to tell him to take the plate from us or we wouldn't have been able to eat the entree or dessert. I have to add, he applied some "orange sauce" to the shrimp that I literally would drink a bucket of. Chef Reeves is a saucier by trade so he knows what he is doing. Next, we were served a mixed green salad with a warm raspberry hazelnut dressing which was divine. Our main course was a surf and turf menu of orange soy glazed salmon and NY strip with mixed veggies and potato cakes. I don't know where to start. The steak was cooked perfectly. Salmon was cooked so well that I am troubled that I may never be able to cook salmon in my household again. And this orange soy glaze. He wouldn't tell us the ingredients but we tried to bribe him an undisclosed amount of money which he politely refused. I personally like grits so he made a side dish of his grits. They were the best grits I have ever tasted in my life and I am born and raised in the South. Just a wonderful meal from this point that was about to blow our minds. For dessert, might I add I don't even remember when he prepared it as we were stuffing our faces, creme brulee cheesecake with a white chocolate sauce and red velvet cake shooters with fresh fruit. The entire meal was better than I ever expected. My only regret is that we didn't know Chef Reeves and Divine Cultural Cuisine when we were getting married as we surely would have had him cater for us. We will be reaching out to him. We will be using him in the future and I truly believe if you have read all of this review up to this point, you will use him too.
I am SO glad I chose to hire Joya to be the private chef at my event. She cooked 5 meals for us + snacks all vegan. Not everyone at the event was vegan but everyone found ALL the meals delicious which was amazing. She was one time and on schedule for everything, so sweet, put a lot of love into her food/work and I truly hope to work with her again in the future. If you are thinking about hiring Joya definitely do it! You will not regret it.

Cordrè catered a lunch affair at Continental Tire and it was fabulous!!! Food was fabulous. Pasta salad was excellent!!! Delivery was on time and set up was professional.
Trish Foster is a STELLAR event planner! I have DJd over 180 weddings and the ones that have went the smoothest were with Total Events. She is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
There are so many deserts that this woman can make!! I had the red velvet cake, she made my order quick!! It was so cute, it had a very nice presentation!! And the guest at my party enjoyed it!! She has so much to offer on her bakery line!! You should definitely get a taste of her creations!!! #Tasty&BeautifulCreations
