- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ValuePest is committed to protecting your home from pest invaders, while providing the best Value in Pest Control. Our initial service includes full interior and exterior treatment against pest invaders as well as a complimentary termite inspection. We've discounted our initial service for new Thumbtack customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out to us here on Thumbtack, we’ll start with a free phone consultation to discuss the pests you’re seeing, answer any questions, and explain exactly how our treatment process works. From there, we’ll schedule a time for one of our licensed technicians to come out — usually within 24 to 48 hours of your initial contact. During your appointment, we’ll complete a thorough interior and exterior treatment targeting the pests you’re dealing with and include a free termite inspection at no extra charge. Our services are available Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, and every treatment is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee — if the pests return, so do we, free of charge.

Our team at ValuePest is made up of fully licensed and certified pest control professionals with over 35 years of combined industry experience serving North Carolina homeowners. All of our technicians complete state-required training and continuing education in entomology, pest identification, integrated pest management, and safe application practices to ensure the most effective and environmentally responsible treatments possible. We stay current with the latest pest control technologies, regulations, and treatment methods so that every service we provide meets or exceeds industry standards — giving you confidence that your home is protected by experts who know how to solve even the toughest pest problems.
