We provide clear upfront pricing before work begins. Pricing depends on the type of issue, whether remote or onsite service is needed, and the complexity of the job. We also offer discounted rates for ongoing support and managed IT service agreements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding the issue, the business environment, and the urgency. For many problems, we can begin with remote troubleshooting. If onsite service is needed, we schedule a visit and diagnose the issue, explain the recommended solution, and then complete the work after approval. For ongoing support clients, we can also document systems and help create a more stable long-term setup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, business systems, user support, and managed services. Our background includes system administration, business IT support, infrastructure troubleshooting, and working with small business environments that require practical and reliable solutions.
