James provide excellent service to us. Of all the designers to come to our house, James was the only one to maximum our corner space. His budget came in under our budget. We have already recommend several friends to him. We will us James again for several of our flip homes.

I requested for kitchen cabinets and a complete installation. I accepted James' offer for a fair price. However, he hired a poor quality cabinet installer that hung the cabinet up-side-down (he came back to rehang them), left the front parts of draws moving (he came back to make them fixed), and were not able to align the doors in a straight line. He hired a poor quality crown molding installer that cannot fill the cabinet end before installation, and cannot install the cabinet tightly. The kitchen cabinet installation was left with unfilled gap and uninstalled kick boards. He gave wrong color of touch up pen and filler. He talked a lot about who he is and what he does. But he did it differently. Finally, his actual works speak for himself.

He contacted me to start the project but didn't follow through. He did not return calls in a timely fashion. I had to go with another vendor.

I apologize if you didn't receive my reply. In your request you did list the incorrect city. The actual work needed to be done in an area which I was not servicing at the time. I communicated that to you other phone.
When I do work with a customer, communication is key. I make sure to keep you updated every step of the process to ensure things are completed to your satisfaction.

I hired him to make replacement cabinet doors. I never received the finished products. I paid in advance and now he won't return calls. It has been months.
