We asked him to photograph our military ball, which has many different pieces and nuance throughout and he handled it all with ease. Everyone was very impressed with the quality of the photos and loved how much extra effort he put in to ensure key events and individuals were captured from the evening. He consistently communicated with me throughout the process, and was able to rapidly adjust to our agenda changes. He graciously honored my request for refund, which speaks volumes to his integrity and character. Planning a wedding comes with plenty of unexpected changes, and encountering someone who prioritizes kindness and customer satisfaction over simply making a profit is truly refreshing.
