We had a excellent experience with Mr. Burney. We have used him several times for minor repairs as well as a couple of big jobs. The most recent was a repair to our bathroom, this came after someone else didn't do the job correctly the first time. We had leaks from a brand new toilet that had caused not only the floor but the walls and a brand new vanity to develope black mold and water damage. James fixed it in no time, saved us money and destroyed the mold. He was always on time,courtious, and his work was exemplary. I highly recommend him for any job and to my friends and family.
