What's special about Oleksii compare to some other pros is that he provides very detailed estimate, with picture attached, itemized labor cost and material, so you are not getting big surprises in the end. One of the under sink repairs got more leak than expected and he went to Lowes to get new parts and completed the work in time. I also asked for a couple more items such as door lock fix that were not in the original estimate and he got it done quickly with very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. Alex was able to help us resolve several related issues within our kitchen including but not limited to repairing wood, damaged by water under the sink, a new sink & faucet install, and helping us get our hot water heater up on a stand. Had a great experience with this gentleman today. I posted a job to weather proof my doors and install a deadbolt on my fire door leading into the garage and he responded within 30 minutes and was on site next day to review the work. From there he went to Lowe’s for materials and was back within an hour to complete the work. He was extremely thorough and reasonably priced and cleaned up after the work was completed. It was almost as if no work was done in the house today. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a jack of all trades.
