- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are generally around $100 an hour but will work with our customers on jobs that are over 4 hours long. We love to build long term relationships and are looking for customers for life. Let's figure out if we can work together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will reach out to the owner and discuss the project ********. If the project requires an on-site visit, our project estimator will come and look at the project in detail and get final material and labor estimates . The project then will get submitted to the customer for approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner comes from financial background in construction industry, our technicians are each professionals from the construction/handyman industry ranging in experience from 5-25 years.
