Five stars is not enough, but it looks as if it is the max.
Firstly, the minute I met with Wendy, I knew she would do a great job. Actually, she did an amazing job! Wendy is trustworthy and obviously dedicated to her profession. She and her team were always on time and ready to get the job done - and they did!
She would send photos of the progress followed up with phone calls because I had returned to California. She would advise me about making my brother's home attractive to any potential buyer. She was 100% correct with her expertise. After the job was completed, the sale of my brother's home happened very quickly, thanks to Wendy and the realtor.
There were two other homes similar to my bother's that had for sale signs posted. It was my understanding, both homes were listed for quite sometime with many lookers, but no buyers.

Great work, attentive, professional, we had 2 door stickers repaired. During his repairs he had told us that they do handyman work. So I figured why not mention a few things I needed done around the house. He promised that we wood get back to me with the estimates and never did..work that I was looking for is.. Painting our deck ceiling Install a new front door Install new kitchen lighting Laundry room closet shelves Install a kitchen faucet ( which I already someone install.
Never heard back!

Was told the repair would look like new…. Had to fight and have someone come out 3x to get it fixed. And it still doesn’t look new. Tech left door wide open when he left for the day, and left water/drywall splattered all over the living room.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are generally around $100 an hour but will work with our customers on jobs that are over 4 hours long. We love to build long term relationships and are looking for customers for life. Let's figure out if we can work together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will reach out to the owner and discuss the project ********. If the project requires an on-site visit, our project estimator will come and look at the project in detail and get final material and labor estimates . The project then will get submitted to the customer for approval.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner comes from financial background in construction industry, our technicians are each professionals from the construction/handyman industry ranging in experience from 5-25 years.
