- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We proudly say we have one of the best prices in the area, and that includes both supply and installation. We also give you $100.00 cash back if you refer us to a friend and that friend closes the deal with us. Our free estimate will include materials and labor pricing by the square footage of the area being served.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Schedule an appointment with our flooring specialist. - The flooring specialist provides the customer with a personalized and free estimate. - The customer is in constant contact with our customer service team all the way through the entire process. - If the customer decides to close the deal, we send the deposit invoice along with the agreement, order the material and schedule the job.

We are BBB accredited as well as a member of Wood Floor Covering Association, and a member of the NWFA.
