Chuck is the kind of gentleman you feel comfortable having in your home. He is professional and very personable. I have several indoor cats and a dog, and Chuck explained to me before he started that he would need to run a hose from his truck and that it would come through my front door, leaving a 2" opening in the door. He was very patient while I took precautions to make sure my pets could not get out. The carpets dried overnight and now look terrific. I need to have certain areas of the carpet repaired and I plan to have Chuck do that work as well as all future carpet cleanings. I highly recommend Cleantech. Their pricing is also very, very good.
