Mr Allen did a terrific job cleaning my carpets! He is personable and professional. He has the expertise to remove the stains from my dogs being sick on numerous carpet areas throughout the house. He took one of my oriental wool rugs to clean and return next week. It was great to find someone who could clean wool oriental rugs.

Chuck Allen does a wonderful job not only on carpets, but tile and hard surface floors as well. I have recommended him to several friends who are now repeat customers. He has saved us money over the past 10 years by cleaning carpets that we thought would have to be replaced. He is also friendly and very professional while in your home and puts you at ease in his company. He is completely trustworthy. I just give him the combo to our house if we need to be away during our appointment.
