We had a major foundation repair for termite damage and water damage. Every single piece of wood had to be replaced or repaired. It was a 4 week dangerous job. The guys were timely, professional and the work was superior.The owner, Pete, stayed in touch with me via text. He answered every question and was available after hours and on weekends. I had a lot of questions and anxiety and he was very good to answer in detail.On top of the quality work and materials, they came in $30,000 less than another contractor.I have offered to serve as a reference to Pete because I feel this strongly about the job they did.

I highly recommend MNS construction. I had quite a large crawlspace project that required drainage with two sumo pumps. The guys are courteous and kind and the work was done in a timely manner. I cannot recommend them enough thank you!

Pete is a great communicator and his crew completed our crawlspace bandsill/joist repair in a timely manner. The first visit his crew noticed more work to be done that was not on the initial scope of work. They let us know what they saw while completing their work. We liked their work so much that we had them come back a second time to complete the job. Their attention to detail and hard work dont go unnoticed. We hope to work with them again soon for a deck remodel as well!
