I cannot recommend MNS Construction highly enough! They are true structural experts.I hired them for major work at my investment property, which included replacing a girder and a significant portion of the foundation. They also opened up a wall and installed a support beam in my ceilinga complex task they handled flawlessly.Before MNS, I interviewed several well-known foundation companies. They often seemed unsure, requiring multiple visits and giving confusing, changing estimates. Then I met Mike and Pete. They were immediately confident, methodical, and demonstrated expert knowledge that instantly put my mind at ease.Their fantastic crew was professional, efficient, and their workmanship is phenomenal. We had a major foundation repair for termite damage and water damage. Every single piece of wood had to be replaced or repaired. It was a 4 week dangerous job. The guys were timely, professional and the work was superior.The owner, Pete, stayed in touch with me via text. He answered every question and was available after hours and on weekends. I had a lot of questions and anxiety and he was very good to answer in detail.On top of the quality work and materials, they came in $30,000 less than another contractor.I have offered to serve as a reference to Pete because I feel this strongly about the job they did.
