5 STAR experience! LawnMowerrepair appt within 36 hrs of first contact when several others were booked out 4-6 wks. Appreciated home visit, instead of loading mower in & out of vehicle. Very professional, excellent communication & well equipped. Diagnosed problem & fixed a few other issues. Went above & beyond to review maintenance schedule & how to order a single part at a reasonable price (he had just used his last one at previous job). Very pleased with service & price. Aterra Reign was a great company to work with. My mower belt was degraded and popped off when I went to mow on Saturday. I reached out to Aterra and they were there on Monday morning to fix it. Aterra replaced my blades, battery, complete mower tune up, and belt. Vandim was easy to communicate with, worked quick and charged reasonable rates. Vandim showed up and took care of everything right at the house. I have never worked with a company that was so quick, responsive, fair priced, and convenient! I will be using Aterra for all future Lawncare equipment repairs and tune ups!

I had an excellent experience! I contacted today for a quote to fix my blades on mower and put new belt on deck mower. I never thought that he would go get the parts today and have my mower cutting grass today! Work quality awesome, great price and very responsive. I am extremely happy with this project's outcome I definitely recommend! I will call again with any lawnmower service I need! Thank you again for fixing my mower!
