Hi everyone, while I’ve only lived in the Lake Norman area for a little over four years, I’ve been in the handyman business for many years and am always looking to build new relationships as well as create satisfied customers. With experience in tile work, backsplashes, drywall repair, electrical, painting, storage solutions, tech install, trim work, and plumbing among other things, my customer’s happiness and the quality of my work speaks for itself. Menson was amazing from start to finish. He is super responsive and detailed, and couldn't have been more professional or thorough. He did a great job on our repair, which was repairing some rotten door trim, and his pricing is very fair. I work with contractors on a regular basis through my job as a realtor, and I haven't worked with anyone with his level of professionalism in a very long time. I was very impressed and highly recommend him!

Sanded off carpet glue,repaired cracks, primed and painted my 200 sq ft concrete screened porch floor....very thorough and meticulous work! It looks fabulous...couldn't be happier with the results! Highly recommend!

I usually dread having work done in my home, mostly because of the individuals who show up and how they present themselves I'm just not comfortable with. Not this guy though, he's a great communicator, is kind, just an all-round nice person. He arrives when he says he will, often texts me to let me know when to expect him. He is personable and a pleasant individual too. So far, the jobs he has completed for me are removing an existing backsplash, he redid the sheetrock under the old backsplash. Another time he hung a ceiling fan for me, as well as a hall light and most recently a kitchen light. He did a replacement of a garbage disposal also. He will be coming back to complete the installation of a backsplash for me soon. I am pleased with his work, and I will not hesitate to contact him in the future as projects present themselves!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my jobs are priced differently as no two jobs are the same. My pricing is based on many different factors such as picking and purchasing materials, travel, planning, among other things. I price my services fair as my past clients will agree.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask what they’re looking for and what they see as a final result. This seems to clarify any future miscommunication and make the project easier for everyone. After that initial stage, I make it a point to be honest and constantly communicate with the customer(s). As the project continues, I make sure it’s on the same path as what was determined and follow through until the end.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I don’t have any formal training, I do have plenty of life experiences which allowed me to learn the correct way of doing things. Additionally, I have been officially in the construction business for two years handling jobs with drywall, tiling, plumbing, light electrical work, demo, and more.
