Shes very mindful of budget and consistently offers practical, cost-effective solutions. She also does a great job coordinating renovation projects of any size and those exactly which improvements make the biggest impact when selling a home. Kat has a keen eye for details and can see a vision for a space immediately. She can do it all! She painted a custom accent wall in my living room that is a true statement piece whenever people walk in the house. She also helped my mom de-clutter and stage her home for selling that increased the selling price.
