FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to give an estimate. The first clean is always a bit more because I like to get the home cleaned the way they want and the way I like because then future cleanings will be a set price unless they need extra cleaning done. I charge for basic cleaning, deep cleaning and first time cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet with my new client I like to know what they expect of me. Is this a one time Cleese, a move in/out clean, or a start of a weekly or biweekly cleaning. What areas are they interested in having special attention paid to. Are there any specific instructions or cleaning products they prefer. I want my client to be comfortable with their requests. I also like to walk thru the home and then give a estimate. I let my client know of any extra fees attached to the first time cleaning. I give my clients a clear explanation of the cleaning and pricing for such cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked many years in customer service and I feel that my work speaks for itself. As far as any certifications, I haven’t any special skills. I’m just a great cleaner because I honestly love to clean.
