TERRIBLE SERVICE! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION! Even when being patient and giving grace on several situations, it was just excuse after excuse on why things weren’t taken care of. And as of now, I still can’t get a call back for unfinished work from Edward. I even paid upfront out of good faith…bad decision! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I need to deal with a rodent problem because mice were rummaging through my attic I had enough. Call thermal shield X they empty my attic of all my insulation sanitized and replaced my insulation, me not knowing I was under insulated as well. I was loosing money on my heating and cooling cost. Talk about knocking out two bird with one stone. I no longer have to deal with mice and I’m saving money, that’s a win win
