Two years ago I was at a decision point of selling my 25 year old home or upgrading it. As the market was soft at that time and I wouldn't have been able to sell without major upgrades anyway, I decided to upgrade. I had about a $45K budget to work with but could not make a decision on what color to repaint the interior and did not know any contractors to do the work. I had met Kay when she owned a decor shop on Hwy 150, so I gave her a call. So glad I did. She helped me find a great painting team who removed all the old wall paper, took the popcorn off the ceilings, and did any excellent job of painting the great neutral colors that Kay helped me select. We also replaced carpet in two bedrooms, installed wood floors in the great room and had the kitchen wood floors refinished. In the guest bedroom we installed a second closet. we also replaced the kitchen counter with granite and added width to make a bar for quick meals. I couldn't have done this much with Kay's help. Definitely recommend.

With creativity and enthusiasm, Kay has guided me through my last four projects. She's handled the design of a new home from the ground floor to completion, the complexities of a substantial downsizing, the extensive renovation of a thirty-four year old vacation cottage, and the recovering of sofas to modernize their look. Each has been an absolute joy and turned out beautifully. Her talent for bath and kitchen design is unparalleled, her taste is exquisite and she's a master at completing projects within budget. She always fulfills her promises, communicates every step of the way, and finishes her work as scheduled. She manages with great ease situations that I find daunting. When it comes to design work, I will always have Kay on my team.
