Speak to the tutor! Watch them interact with your children. If your child is not engaged, no matter how great a tutor is, the child will not advance.

Introduction: The results I receive speak for themselves. I believe that students (and parents) like me because I make an effort to meet every student where they are. I relate to students on a personal level and then I relate whatever work to the students. It makes them feel more connected. I do whatever I can to keep a student engaged, to help them progress and to make them feel proud of their work.
Watching students learn to enjoy what they're doing. Students like to learn! They just hate it when they feel that they "can't". When tutoring, I show students that they can learn it and teach them "tricks" so they can learn on their own.
