Real Property Management recently took over responsibility of the property that I lease and it is the BEST decision my landlord could have made.Gene is very prompt and responsive when addressing any issues that arise typically within hours of submitting a maintenance request. He always picks up the phone when you call.His attention to detail and informing you of the issue is amazing and he will make several calls to ensure that the issue is resolve .He will even get down and dirty to help resolve the issue at hand.If you are looking for a property manager or a rental property please do no hesitate to call.

The rental process was quick and easy, everything was done online. Maintenance request are far, few and in between, but when needed the response time was exceptionally fast. Property manager is very friendly and accommodating.

It was love at first sight living at Real Property Management in Dallas, NC. It was like having your own home with a great maintenance man at you every call, not that I ever truly needed them other then I lock myself out of my bathroom which is attached to one of the bedrooms but it made me feel like I had a master bedroom. This house is a decorators dream.The property is moderate and stylish the outside was well manicured. The space is small only suggests 2 persons. No complaints about anything inside it's beautiful. I kept my doors opened alot so I had to deal with nature. My home is in the cut surrounding by nature which I love.. My neighbors are very quiet. If I ever need help I got a response within an 10 minutes or less. Gene is a very laid back very real guy. He tells you as it is and does what he have to do to make your rented property feel as if it's your home. I loved my place. I'm leaving only to buy my own home other than that, Spargo St Dallas was my home. Thanks Real Property Management! Great living.

We offer three tiered pricing packages: Starter, Advanced and Premium. Our management fees start at 8.9%.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a phone conversation to explain what we do and answer any questions. If both parties agree to move forward, we schedule a meeting at the property to do an evaluation of the property and possibly sign a management agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NC Real Estate Brokers license. I started managing property in 2008.
