- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do free complimentary quotes. All of our specials and quotes are valid for an entire year. We can quote some projects over the phone but we do an informational style appointment where we require a consultation with one of ours owners and the home owner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step we take is to discuss what issues you are having. Next we work diligently to address the problems and decide what solutions we have. Last we present to you the best choice of options to go about solving your issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of experience in the company.
