- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flexible with pricing as everyone has a different budget. There are always options as well to mitigate cost for every scenario and can quote multiple options for a single job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really prefer to come out and meet the customer and check out the project with them. This way there are no hidden surprises or missed opportunities.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Grew up doing this work in northern Michigan.
