Jobs can be by the hour, or fixed rate. I will come to your residence/office for free, for a quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can usually work around your schedule. If you need a service call earlier than 8:00am, we can make an appointment for you. If you need an appointment after 5:00 also. There will be an extra fee for that. Although minimal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my OSHA 30 certification I have taken classes for Leviton certification. And multiple classes for keeping up with Technology.
