I practice with Jaeda as part of a small group . I think I speak on behalf of everyone when I say we were impressed by our first at home class. The music was great she is timely, professional, attentive, and very sweet. Now we get together for a class twice a week in the evening on our private deck. If things are tight I highly suggest putting together a small group.

Jaeda is delightful and our sessions are always fun. The guided journal is inspiring and thought provoking. We have been on a journey through the chakra system. She makes great suggestions for things that improve my lifestyle and overall well being. She also makes beautiful playlists. Namaste 🙏🏽 😊

I was interested in yoga for a while. When I started practicing at a local studio COVID-19 happened and everything went virtual (which is fine). I missed being able to practice in person with an instructor. Then I met someone who referred me to Jaeda and I am grateful. We are working on unblocking my Throat Chakra and I use the guided journal with daily exercises at home. I definitely recommend her

I can tell Jaeda is invested in me. I am motivated by the effort she makes to makes to create an unique experience for me. I will collect objective and subject data to assess where you are. You will set an intention. Then we will establish SMART goals and develop a plan. I will teach you, guide you, give you tools, and motivate you towards your goal(s). We will evaluate which goal(s) were achieved and revise the plan as needed.
