FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private yoga sessions start at $125, and rates may vary depending on location, group size, and any special requests. I love working with individuals, but I also specialize in group sessions, special events, and wellness-focused gatherings—they’re a great way to share the practice and make it more affordable per person. For groups, I can provide mats, blocks, and props for up to 12 people. Just let me know what you need, and I’ll bring the setup to you. I typically travel within a 10-mile radius, but if your location involves tolls, heavy traffic, or longer drives (especially during peak hours), there may be a small travel fee. We’ll figure all that out ahead of time. And of course, everything is customizable. We’ll work together to create something that fits your goals, space, and schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a phone call to get a basic idea of what you’re looking for and what kind of support you need. Depending on the situation, I may also suggest a video chat—especially for new clients—just to make sure we’re both comfortable before moving forward. If it’s a one-time session, I’ll often design something custom right on the spot based on what you share. If you’re looking for something ongoing, we’ll talk through your goals and put together a plan that works for you. Safety is important for both of us, and I want to make sure the session fits your body, needs, and energy that day. I stay flexible and responsive so the practice meets you where you are.
