- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 15% discount on the installation costs to all referrals and repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether it be a home visit, call, or email i evaluate the customers needs by talking about any needed materials before we get started on the installation to make sure the customer knows about all the costs upfront. Transparency is very important to me and in my experience is huge in building trust with the customer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got began doing this type of work when the founder of We Mount TVs in Birmingham AL offered me a job as his technician. I have always enjoyed working with my hands and building something that is unique.
