- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many of the most common jobs that are brought in for us are virus removals. Viruses are simply programs that are written for many reasons from financial gain to just being malicious. We see many different kinds of viruses and are extremely successful on removing them. We also see many cell phones with cracked glass in need of repair. The most popular ones that come in are the iPhone 4 and 4s. We repair these for $130 and within an hour. Compared to Apple at $199 and taking about a week, it's a great deal. No one else in the area can come close to the experience that we have with cell phone repair.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently built a custom desktop computer for a customer who was very fond of the size of his computer, he just wanted more from it. We were able to quadruple his performance and stay within his budget of $200 by replacing the motherboard, RAM and CPU. He was so satisfied that he has since come back and purchased two more computers to outfit the rest of his family.
