FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. I take a minimum of 30 continuing education credits each year.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In taxes, the absolute biggest focus should be on honesty. That's difficult given you don't know the person or company. The place to start is by making sure they don't offer you guarantees of any sort, other than an accurately and conscientiously done return. An honest preparer will not guarantee a refund or even conjecture on this year's tax bill without looking at your entire situation. If there's ever a moment where the feeling that "This seems to good to be true" should be trusted, it's in tax preparation.
