Had an issue Greg came to diagnose, he was very patient and diligent looking around. He put in a good amount of time and thought to helping us reduce the scope of the problem and narrow down the possibilities.
Turns out the valve for our driveway was in the DUMBEST PLACE ever…the upstairs master bathroom at the back of the house. Figured this out later but sharing here bc I promised Greg we would share the results of continued investigation!

Dominic was great! I was told he was done with a job earlier than expected and was able to come asap if convenient for us. I was given two quotes for a clogged toilet. One best case scenario, the other worst case scenario, & was told we would only have to pay one if the other didn’t work. Dominic was able to get the job done quickly with the cheaper quote. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

We price by the job, not by the hour, so it’s important for one of our licensed technicians to be able to assess your problem in the home before providing any type of pricing for jobs. We will not up-charge services for nights, weekends, or holidays.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make booking your appointment easy! Our friendly staff is ready to help you. We know your time is valuable so we want to make sure that you do not have to wait on us. So, prior to our arrival you will receive a text message from us that your 1-800-Plumber +Air professional is en route to your home. Prior to beginning any work, we will take the extra steps to protect your home. It is also important that when the work is complete, our work area is cleaner than when we found it. Our team will take great care of your home while working onsite.
