- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are low for the services I deliver. I am hard to beat for the quality work I do. Offering discounts is not needed since my prices are low and more than fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are connected through Thimbtack I respond quickly and schedule the job in a short and reasonable time. When the customer is satisfied with my work I accept payment. I guarantee my work. I answer questions and give advice. I offer other services to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing handyman work for many years. I have several rental properties so I get ample opportunity to hone my skills. I won't do a job for a customer that I haven't done for myself first.
