DK Appliance fixed our oven. The office staff was very friendly. The technician who came to our house did a great job. They were fast and knowledgeable and it was a great price! Very happy with them and would use them again if/when an appliance breaks.

From September 2014 through March 2015 this company has been repairing my refrigerator and it's still not repaired. We were assigned this repair company by our home warranty company. On the last visit which was March 5, 2015 the late afternoon repaired failed overnight causing water damage to my hardwood floors. The companies owners Kris and Dawn are now saying they're not at fault and refusing to cover the damages. Kris the owner and technician was also very rude during our last discussion, and this is very unprofessional.
