- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some items are flat rate (card reader installs, coin mech/bill validator repairs, etc.) and some are hourly if there is an unknown problem that needs fixing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send me a request, let’s talk through the process, and then we can find time to fix your issue when we are both available. I will come out and fix your machines as quickly and effectively as I can.
