Eric did a wonderful job getting my machine up and running. It wasn’t taking and coins or bills and he found the jam, cleaned up the parts, and showed me how to fix it if it ever happened again. The best part is that he came out on the same day and had me up and running within a few hours.

He was patient, answered our questions, and showed us how we could avoid the problem happening again. As a result, our machine was back up and running with a minimum loss of service. Some items are flat rate (card reader installs, coin mech/bill validator repairs, etc.) and some are hourly if there is an unknown problem that needs fixing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send me a request, let’s talk through the process, and then we can find time to fix your issue when we are both available. I will come out and fix your machines as quickly and effectively as I can.
