David A. says, "Through Thumbtack, my wife and I chose Quickcare Home Repair to help us do a facelift for our home. Brinson was our project manager and he chose the Team of Robert and Case to do the changes to the siding and to repair rot in the facia all around the home. They started on January 22nd and in just about a week had completed all the repairs and siding face lift, key of which was removing the arches above our front windows and installing staggered shake siding. Robert added a few detailed touches of his own that really put the finished product over the top. Throughout the project, Robert and Casey were great to work with and kept the worksite neat and in order. Then the second team came in; Carlos’ painting crew. The group who had been working together for 8 years were equally amazing with great communication and equally good recommendations to enhance the project’s outcome. First they came in and power washed everything. Even after that simple step, things like the gutters and downspouts looked new. They masked and caulked everything. If the details are in the prep, they got all the details right. Their work was so neat and clean. The house really looks brand new. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of our project and look forward to working with both groups at Quickcare Home Repairs again. Next winter I think we’ll get rid of the popcorn ceiling and repaint the entire interior of our home."See more

Boy was I wrong. My 3bed/3ba bachelor pad has been completely reimagined. The living room is warm and cozy but still very fresh and modern, my office is perfect as far as the new layout and placement of the furniture and the decorations. My bedrooms look completely updated and no longer feel cramped. I also appreciate the small touches applied to the kitchen and bathrooms. Craig Caroon says, "We met with the Salesman/Project Manager, Jose, at the end of January. Nice man. Very helpful. Knowledgeable about their products & offerings.Signed a contract for siding/gutters/trim/sofit & chimney cap. Jose gave us his Project Manager business card and said to contact him if we needed anything.Then Jose basically disappeared. I contacted him a couple times. Initially, he responded, but it took a week or so. He finally stopped responding and I had to contact the main office.In mid-February we found out that the siding was back-ordered. I wish TRC had contacted us to let us know instead of having to keep calling for status updates.The main office was always helpful. Nice folks. Always able to answer my questions or get me the information I needed.Work crew arrived on Apr 22nd with the on-site foreman, Fernando.Fernando was great. He was at the house almost everyday and always checked in with us at the end of the day to see if we had any questions. Fernando was genuinely concerned about doing a good job. Fernando was quick to get any issues resolved.The job was 95% complete within a week.I had nag & push a bit to get chimney cap replaced as per the contract, otherwise I think it would not have been done.TRC contracted to Mr. Smokestack for the chimney cap. It took another couple of weeks before that was installed.During those two weeks I was concerned about the chimney cap leaking. Fernando offered to have a tarp put over the top of the chimney to keep the rain off.The work crew members were efficient, friendly, respectful of the property and as helpful as possible.Our yard was cleaned-up satisfactorily after the completion of the repairs.Pros:- Good overall work.- Fernando!!! Having him on-site most days was really important to us. Having our concerns heard and the work reviewed on an almost daily basis kept us happy.Cons:- Poor Communication. Keep your customers up-to-date. Ensure them you've not run off with their money."See more
