Jose Rodriguez says, "A few door to door sales man came out saying I needed a new roof couldnt trust that so I looked around and saw this company had honest reviews. A gentleman named Egert came out and inspected my roof throughly! He came back and shared his finds and advised my roof still had a good amount of life left. He advised to give them a call back in a few years so we can reassess but i shouldnt worry about my roof anytime soon! Super honest and did not try to sell me on something I didnt need!Will be calling back when time comes!"See more

They also replaced a broken water line that had been improperly repaired years ago. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. They were punctual, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the work being done throughout the project. I have some plumbing knowledge myself, and it was obvious very quickly that they were being honest about what actually needed to be repaired. I never felt pressured into unnecessary work or upsold on things that didn’t matter. The crew was courteous, worked hard, and kept things moving efficiently. There was one small issue related to the yard cleanup afterward — not the plumbing work itself — and when I brought it up, they responded immediately and had a crew back out the very next day to make it right. That level of responsiveness and accountability really stood out to me. On top of all that, the pricing was very fair for the amount of work involved. Overall, I’m very glad I chose Sun Plumbing and I’ll absolutely be using them again for future plumbing projects."See more

I hired Peak City to finish a basement room. Though it was just one room, it was fairly extensive as code required the addition of a window (which required cutting into a brick wall/engineering/sign off etc). In addition to the window, Paul anticipated and shared with me everything the town was going to require before he even quoted the job. Yes, I had lower bids but no one else mentioned up front the extra costs that would be incurred. (Which obviously would've resulted in higher costs than originally bid.) The total scope of work involved extending the HVAC, moving plumbing, adding electrical, framing out of a closet, drywall install/finishing, the addition of a soffit, hardwood installation (which included removing a threshold and weaving the new hardwoods into the existing hardwoods,which was done seamlessly) painting and trim. I was also impressed with the fact that he took it upon himself to match the existing interior doors/trim etc. (That may sound like a no brainer but I've done many homes/projects over the years and you'd be surprised!!) He did his best to minimize dust and the work area was cleaned up daily (again something one would expect, but doesn't necessarily happen without asking!). He had a handful of trades in who did the same. He finished on time and stayed within the agreed budget with no surprises! Highly recommended!
