I noticed a couple weeks ago there was some shingles in the front of my house that were missing. Rodas had put a new roof on my house five years ago unknown to me. My warranty ran out in December 2025. I called the office and Larissa looked at my policy and said it expired and I asked if there was anything they could do as it only has been a couple of months, after she talked to her manager she sent a crew out and the repairs have since been done. thank you again too Rodas for going above and beyond after my warranty expired. As always, I will continue to refer Rodas construction for any type of home repairs."See more

I hired Peak City to finish a basement room. Though it was just one room, it was fairly extensive as code required the addition of a window (which required cutting into a brick wall/engineering/sign off etc). In addition to the window, Paul anticipated and shared with me everything the town was going to require before he even quoted the job. Yes, I had lower bids but no one else mentioned up front the extra costs that would be incurred. (Which obviously would've resulted in higher costs than originally bid.) The total scope of work involved extending the HVAC, moving plumbing, adding electrical, framing out of a closet, drywall install/finishing, the addition of a soffit, hardwood installation (which included removing a threshold and weaving the new hardwoods into the existing hardwoods,which was done seamlessly) painting and trim. I was also impressed with the fact that he took it upon himself to match the existing interior doors/trim etc. (That may sound like a no brainer but I've done many homes/projects over the years and you'd be surprised!!) He did his best to minimize dust and the work area was cleaned up daily (again something one would expect, but doesn't necessarily happen without asking!). He had a handful of trades in who did the same. He finished on time and stayed within the agreed budget with no surprises! Highly recommended!
