Pricing was extremely competitive (about $3,300 all-in for insulation + vapor barrier across ~1,000 sq ft), and the quality of the work was solid throughout. Mid-project, I realized I needed a new crawlspace access door. Mason handled it as a simple change order, charged a very fair price (~$300), and delivered exactly what I needed without any hassle or upselling. There were some minor delays due to winter weather and vendor coordination, but Mason was patient, communicative, and professional the entire time. He worked with me through a small punch-list item at the end and was easy to deal with from start to finish. Kenyon H. says, "Hello everyone, I recently moved into a new home with attached garage to it and wanted to get the inside of the garage painted and the floors with a new finish on them. I went on thumbtack and put my request in and GT painting responded fairly quickly and Gyro introduced himself and we went back-and-forth about the job through text and he was very impressive answered all my questions and so I said are you ready to get started he said yes!! when do you want me to start I said right away and he said he can start tomorrow. Gyro arrived at my home at 8 AM and started prepping the garage removing all plexiglass that was along the wall going down a handicap ramp old nails screws etc. they power washed the entire garage underneath the ramp and I had them power wash the rest of the driveway down to the street great job! The ceiling needed new sparkle team and team done before the paint went on excellent job with that. Every day I checked in with them as if everything‘s OK if they need anything from me so great communicators I told him I was not looking for a rush job but a quality professional job everything done right and that’s what I got my garage looks amazing with the new stain for the ramp the new Apoxsee floor A new paint on the walls and ceiling and everything for a reasonable and fair price. I definitely recommend GT painting if you plan on doing what I did. I figured since the garage is attached to the home and I come in through the garage to my home that should look nice and it should be clean. I would think if you have a detached garage and maybe he probably won’t do what I do understand. Brinson was our project manager and he chose the Team of Robert and Case to do the changes to the siding and to repair rot in the facia all around the home. They started on January 22nd and in just about a week had completed all the repairs and siding face lift, key of which was removing the arches above our front windows and installing staggered shake siding. Robert added a few detailed touches of his own that really put the finished product over the top. Throughout the project, Robert and Casey were great to work with and kept the worksite neat and in order. Then the second team came in; Carlos’ painting crew. The group who had been working together for 8 years were equally amazing with great communication and equally good recommendations to enhance the project’s outcome. First they came in and power washed everything. Even after that simple step, things like the gutters and downspouts looked new. They masked and caulked everything. If the details are in the prep, they got all the details right. Their work was so neat and clean. The house really looks brand new. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of our project and look forward to working with both groups at Quickcare Home Repairs again. Next winter I think we’ll get rid of the popcorn ceiling and repaint the entire interior of our home."See more

I hired Peak City to finish a basement room. Though it was just one room, it was fairly extensive as code required the addition of a window (which required cutting into a brick wall/engineering/sign off etc). In addition to the window, Paul anticipated and shared with me everything the town was going to require before he even quoted the job. Yes, I had lower bids but no one else mentioned up front the extra costs that would be incurred. (Which obviously would've resulted in higher costs than originally bid.) The total scope of work involved extending the HVAC, moving plumbing, adding electrical, framing out of a closet, drywall install/finishing, the addition of a soffit, hardwood installation (which included removing a threshold and weaving the new hardwoods into the existing hardwoods,which was done seamlessly) painting and trim. I was also impressed with the fact that he took it upon himself to match the existing interior doors/trim etc. (That may sound like a no brainer but I've done many homes/projects over the years and you'd be surprised!!) He did his best to minimize dust and the work area was cleaned up daily (again something one would expect, but doesn't necessarily happen without asking!). He had a handful of trades in who did the same. He finished on time and stayed within the agreed budget with no surprises! Highly recommended!
